My name is Deborah Albin. I have been an Auditor for Social Security Administration. Currently, I am retired. I have lived at Terraza too long to count years and feel I bring experience and knowledge dealing with Terraza’s issues. As a Board member, I limit unnecessary expenditures without sacrificing any needed and beneficial services for TDS. Last year at an Open Board meeting, $400 HOA dues proposal was still discussed even though I reduced dues amount to $355, which was approved. If elected, I will try to limit any dues increase. Terraza has a homeless issue with Hillcrest Park across the street. Homeless folks break into our laundry rooms, steal our mail and dumpster dive into our garbage and steal our blue recycle bins. I would like to form a TDS Neighborhood Association with homeowners and tenants to address these issues and present them to Concord City Council. I feel we need better lighting at the Park and Police Patrols there as well as having police clear out Park of inhabitants.
