I am running for the Board to provide better communication to our homeowners, see projects through to completion, and to provide a non-biased view that represents all homeowners fairly. I have over twenty years of commercial real estate experience and can also provide value in analyzing the approach to ongoing maintenance and capital projects, financial statements, strategy and planning, and property management. I am also previously a CPA and can provide financial input and strategy around our reserve replacement study and other financial decisions. My family and I have lived in Carroll Ranch since 2017 and have three children (9, 7, and 2.5) in the Moraga school district. I would like to make sure our HOA fees are spent responsibly while also maintaining value for all homeowners. Thank you, Jenny
