Please enter the requested information below so you can schedule the meeting date and time for your association’s election or vote. Once your selection is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If a confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays), please contact Pro Elections directly at info@pro-ei.com or 209-559-1448.

If your desired meeting date and time are not available and you have no scheduling flexibility, please contact Pro Elections directly and we will see what we can do. An additional fee is applied to Saturday elections. Elections cannot be scheduled on Sundays or national holidays.

Please note that Pro Elections only accepts scheduling requests from individuals on the contact list for a given election.
